Our Products

Coolhaul sells a ventilated car seat cushion. We describe our products honestly. To be clear about how the cushion works:

  • The cushion ventilates and circulates air using built-in fans, drawing cabin air across your back and pulling warm, damp air away from where you sit.
  • It does not air-condition, refrigerate, or chill air below your cabin temperature. It is an airflow comfort accessory, not a refrigeration device.
  • Comfort and how "cool" the cushion feels vary by vehicle, cabin temperature, humidity, fan speed, and conditions. Descriptions and reviews reflect typical experiences, not guaranteed results.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we suspect fraud or an error. Promotional pricing applies only while shown and may change without notice.

Payment

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, processed over a secure SSL-encrypted checkout.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and the 18-month warranty are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Proper Use

Use the cushion as directed: plug it into a standard 12V–24V vehicle outlet and secure it with the included straps. Do not submerge it, machine-wash it, or modify the wiring. Child car seats must always be installed exactly per the car-seat and vehicle manufacturer's instructions; do not place the cushion under or behind an installed child car seat.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Coolhaul and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coolhaul is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Coolhaul operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
