Our 90-Day Cooler-Commute Guarantee
Drive on your Coolhaul cushion for a full season. If your back isn't cooler and drier — or you simply don't love it — email us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, and no "why." We'd rather eat the cost than have you sweat through another summer.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@coolhaul.co with your order number and a quick note.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions (and, where applicable, a return address).
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Non-defective returns (changed your mind, didn't love it): the customer covers return shipping.
- Defective or damaged items: Coolhaul covers return shipping in full, and you choose a free replacement or a full refund.
There are no restocking fees on any return.
18-Month Warranty
Every Coolhaul cushion is backed by an 18-month warranty against defects in the fans, stitching, and materials under normal use. If something covered fails within 18 months of delivery, we'll repair, replace, or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.
