Shipping policy

Coolhaul ships every order from a warehouse inside the United States. This policy explains when your order leaves, how long it takes to arrive, and what it costs.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed, but the vast majority of orders arrive within this window.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on every order over $79. Our 2-Pack ($99.99) and 3-Pack ($134.99) both qualify automatically.
  • A single cushion ($59.99) ships for a flat $5.95.

If you're close to the free-shipping threshold, adding a second cushion both unlocks free shipping and outfits your passenger seat.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us at support@coolhaul.co and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including most US territories. If your address can't be served by our carriers, we'll contact you before charging your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email us at support@coolhaul.co with your order number. Our team replies within 24 hours and will make it right with a replacement or refund.
